Camelback Road Mural

Echo Canyon's PTO has installed two murals facing Camelback Road. The first mural, on the school's entry wall at 62nd Street and Camelback, was completed in Fall of 2022.  The second mural is on the school's west wall and faces eastbound traffic; it was completed in September 2023.

This has been a goal of the PTO for the last several years. We believe that this will not only give our school an identity within the local community, but it will attract new families who may travel each day to the area. The mural on 62nd Street serves as the monument wall to the school's campus. 

The concept for the monument wall, shown above, features a deep purple background, bold, dimensional lettering, and subtle botanical elements that recognize both our desert and our campus gardens. The second phase features the school's mascot and "ECS" in a wrap-around fashion.

The very talented muralist, Ariana Enriquez, created and completed both projects. The PTO raised 100% of the funding to complete these projects.
